Glossary
One definition for each term.

Discovery Agent
The support traza. can rely on for the assessment: it walks through the process and shortens the mapping.

Capture
The cycle stage where information comes in and becomes verifiable data.

Cell
The redesigned part of a finance process, built from the stages of the cycle and up and running.

Cycle
The four stages information in any finance process goes through: Capture, Cross-check, Judgment and Output, coordinated by orchestration and under governance.

Console
Where cells run: there the client configures each cell, maintains master data, follows every entry and its status, and gets the exceptions that need a person in an inbox.

Judgment
The cycle stage where the rules are applied and whatever a rule can't settle goes to a person.

Human judgment
The people at traza. who, if needed, join the company's team to apply the judgment the process requires: before choosing a process, at the start and once operations are running.

Cross-check
The cycle stage where sources are compared and differences are flagged.

Assessment
The first step of traza.: it shows where the manual work is and what it costs across the five finance processes, to choose with the client which part of a process to start with.

Technical dossier
The document traza. delivers on request, with the architecture, tools, control evidence and formal agreements (NDA and DPA), to evaluate the solution.

Executor
Whoever carries out each step of the cell: code when the rule is exact, an AI model when a document needs interpreting, a traza. worker to review and prepare within governance, and a person when the decision is theirs.

Exit guarantees
What ensures the client can carry on without traza.: migration to its own infrastructure, the code held in escrow against a discontinuity and a license to operate the solution on its own.

Governance
What covers the whole cycle: permissions, approvals and an audit trail that can't be altered.

The five finance processes
Order to cash, Procure to pay, Treasury, Supply chain and Record to report: each cell is a part of one of them.

Orchestration
What coordinates the stages of the cycle.

Redesign
The step after the assessment: the chosen part is mapped as it runs today, and the order of the steps, the rule for each step and who carries it out are defined.

Client rules
The only thing that changes from one cell to another, because each stage is built once.
Routes
The three ways to solve a sub-process: optimize what's already installed, integrate a market solution or build, custom or standard.

Output
The cycle stage where the deliverable is produced and delivered where it belongs.

Silent manual work
Finance work done by hand that nobody measures: whatever the ERP doesn't cover and someone handles in a spreadsheet.

traza. workers
Agents that operate inside a cell, on a client process, and take on review and approval within governance.
To find where to start
To work on a specific process
